Network In Action Houston is led by Emily Sloyer-Galindo, a nationally recognized leader in professional networking, business development, and small-business growth.

Emily brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing professional communities across the country. Her career has been dedicated to one mission:
Helping business owners, executives, and professionals grow through relationships, strategy, and execution.

Before leading Network In Action Houston, Emily held senior leadership roles with BNI — the world’s largest business networking organization — where she consistently delivered top-tier results:

  • As Regional Director of Operations for Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri, she led a team of 150 leaders and took the region from 168th to #1 in the country in just 12 months while increasing revenue, retention, and satisfaction.

  • As Managing Director of Operations for BNI Northern Alabama, she built and led a high-performance team that generated 20% annual revenue growth, ranking #1 in customer acquisition in the U.S. and 20th globally.

  • She has personally consulted with over 1,000 small-business owners on growth, marketing, and business development.

Prior to BNI, Emily was a top-five national sales performer at Web.com for five consecutive years, earning President’s Club honors and producing more than $50,000 in monthly recurring revenue through professional relationship-driven sales.
